“ What a find! My husband and I were so happy to find this hidden gem. We were greeted with a warm welcome and smiles from the staff and in looking at the menu we were blown away with the prices we ordered the managers special which was 4 whiting 2 catfish 6 shrimp and fries to share. The most amazing fresh seafood is what we received. The catfish was so fresh the breading was amazing and added such great flavor to the wonderful fish. The shrimp was large and tender also with a wonderful crispy batter and the whiting fish was light and flavorful. Overall we were so impressed with this restaurant we will surely be back whenever in the area! ”

“ The most authentic, nicest, wonderful owners you could ever hope to deal with in a business. I ordered chicken wings with a side of fries and also had a sample of their fish... Let me make this clear, I don't eat fish, but that's also because I've never had it prepared in a way where I would enjoy it. The fish sample I had was the best fish I've ever had and the tarter sauce to match?! Mwah! Absolutely delicious! Oh, my wings were fantastic too, but the fish sold me! I will be a returning customer for sure! ”

“ Had an absolutely wonderful experience at Seafood Haven! My family and I were in town for a wedding and found this spot was just a few minutes from our AirBnB. We walked in and immediately felt like family. Darryl and his crew were extremely kind and helpful and guided us through the menu, making recommendations and letting us know what we had to try. Once we got back to our AirBnB, we devoured our food. EVERYTHING was good, but we particularly enjoyed the clam chowder, honey garlic salmon, fried catfish, shrimp, and mac & cheese. Seriously, I think it's impossible to go wrong with anything on the menu. I have to spend a moment to mention just how kind Darryl was. He was so nice and patient with us. We need more folks like him! In conclusion, Seafood Haven rules, and we'll probably make the trip from Chicago back out that way to visit. And Darryl, I hope I'm still invited to the family reunion - I'm still happy to DJ! ”

“ This place caught my eye, and my intuition was right. The owner is very friendly and his cooking is delicious. Thanks for your good service and laughs. The honey barbecue chicken wings were crispy and full of flavor. The corn bread melts in your mouth. The candied yams were just right, yum. The mac and cheese made the perfect combination with the wings. The fried fish and tartar sauce you will not go wrong. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu. ”

“ First-time visit and definitely coming back! I stopped by right when they opened, and the owner was kind enough to explain a few early-hour limitations, which I really appreciated. I ordered the catfish, and it was incredibly fresh, perfectly seasoned, and fried just right. The crinkle-cut fries were hot and crispy, just the way I like them. Pricing was very reasonable for the quality and portion size. On top of that, the customer service was excellent: friendly, welcoming, and professional. Great first impression all around! ”
